Claire’s interest in complementary therapies isn’t limited to natural health and healing. She also encompasses sport and exercise as key components to healthy living. She has studied massage and sports nutrition to complement these interests.

From beginning to end she worked in a health food store with a range of nutritionists, Chinese herbalists, Kinesiologists, and Reiki masters. This allowed her to experience other modalities, and further developed her product knowledge.

Claire finished her studies in naturopathy and promptly entered the industry working in dispensaries, utilising her love of herbal medicine and nutrition.

At university she studied asthma management in depth and has been able to apply the skills learnt to her family members who suffer from asthma. This shed light on atopic/allergic conditions such as athma, eczema, and hay fever.

She currently incorporates healthy cooking and eating into her personal routine and is slowly teaching those around her how rewarding a clean and delicious diet can be.

Now working at the Modern Apothecary as a naturopath Claire can combine her experience and knowledge in a well equipped and supportive environment for natural health.
